Santorum was another ego-tripper. Gingrich was the last conservative standing, but when Santorum quit, he did a screw-you to conservatives and endorsed Romney.
Gingrich is an ego-maniac and stayed in the race even after he had no chance and started coming in 3rd behind Romney and Dickie or 4th behind Ron Paul in most contests.
Also, he’s not a conservative. I’m not even convinced he’s to the right of Romney. Chronic flip flopper.
