Point 1 - ‘dah roy-aals’ ARE a political figure, or else why do the Brits still use the term, “in the Name of the Crown”?

Point 2 - as was taught to me many moons ago, by my ‘Training Instructor’, who was a part of the military honor guard over JFK’s body:
‘You salute the uniform, not the assshole wearing it!’ And so it is to the Queer-In-Charge, the same way.

The Brits use the term "the crown" to mean the government. It is nothing more than an acknowledgment of the Queen as head of state. The Queen has no political power, or at least is politically neutral.
