Hey RD, how you been? Thanks for the ping. I saw the headline earlier but forgot to go back and give it a read. I know people who rarely get a minute of exercise but manage to stay thin, and I know people who work their butt off at the gym and still fight the bulge.
I want the metabolism I had 25 years ago. The best advice, of course, is to go with what works for you. I like eating, a lot, so I have no choice but to drag myself to the gym as much as possible.
