In the strict definition of “flush” which means they clear the toilet, they are flushable.

But, parsing definition of flush is not going to win in court.

Then why haven’t they sued tampon makers, they clog lines too. Some TP’s don’t work in septic systems either especially the recycled rough as a Sears Roebuck page.

What about unused script pills that are flushed? Navy base won’t take a wrong script back.
