M wife’s cousin is a very devout Catholic ,very conservative intact family with husband and two teenage sons, and she works at the Apple store. Has for years.
Why? In part she is very intelligent. Traded the idea of becoming a doctor, for becoming a mother.

From my direct experience at many different Apple Stores in several cities and several states, the kind of floor people they have there are the kind of people that all retailers should have on the floor of their stores. They are EXCELLENT in their jobs and they know exactly how to listen carefully to what you say as a customer and respond very appropriately and never being pushy or arrogant!
Other retailers need to pay careful attention to how Apple does it!
One of the reasons that I like Apple is that their customer support is the best that I have seen in many years.
