Officer accused of Tasering unarmed man in 2013 but police report said he was 'exonerated'..."He said he wanted to come in, but didn't say why," said Givens, now 33. "He never said who he was looking for." Then, without warning, Slager pushed in the door, he said. "'Come outside or I'll Tase you,"' he recalled the officer saying as he burst in. "I didn't want that to happen to me, so I raised my arms over my head, and when I did, he tased me in my stomach anyway." Though initially accused of resisting the officers, Givens was later released without charge...Brown said she kept yelling to the officers they had the wrong man, but they wouldn't listen. Though Givens was offering no resistance, she said she saw Slager use the stun gun on him again.

NONE of this story means anything to the resident bootlickers.

On a related note, I may be developing a line of flavored shoeshine. If any bootlickers have requests, FReepmail me and I will add their favorite flavor(s) to the list.

The Police State Bootlickers are always ready to excuse and defend.

The resident bootlickers claim they are law abiding and if the non-law abiding would simply abide/obey/knuckle under (to) all the laws, they wouldn’t be subjects of the booted heels. That stance ignores the fact that, with so many laws on the books, there is no way on God’s green Earth to live your life for even a single day without breaking SOME law/rule/regulation/dictate/statute.

WOT? According to the loyal, law-abiding people who chastised me on another topic Officer Slager was a sterling example of the best of law enforcement and that it was “my” Mr. Scott’s act of running away from a cop that justifiably caused Slager to execute him on the street.

I’m sure they’ll be along any second now to explain to us all why you’re supposed to open the door to the police and welcome them into your house even if they have the wrong address and they’re looking for someone who doesn’t live at your house. Who needs the 4th Amendment when we have demigods with badges to protect us with their near-angelic standards of morals and values?

Slager sounds like a flat-out sadist.

Yea I recently read a comment on FR that said the officer here merely “overreacted” and that the case was at best manslaughter.
It’s not even worth arguing with such people.
Especially if one is prone to spikes in blood pressure.

"Conservatives" (self proclaimed) wistfully recall the good ole days when government wasn't too big and a citizen had much more control over their own destiny. Yet, far too many are quick to place upon all others their own particular visions of what a "proper" life should be.

Long ago I had a "discussion" with a so-called "conservative" who waxed so gleefully about his small homebrewing beer hobby and how he gladly shared with friends and family his concoctions. I asked if he ever thought of maybe setting up a moonshine still and he went apoplectic. I reminded him that the Founders had their own distilleries and that these days the ATF and assorted Federal armies would have raided and arrested them for daring to distill without Fedgod approvals and permits. He saw no relevance.

That would be a poster who, upon being roughed up by a knight in blue, would kneel, smile through broken teeth and plead: “Thank you, Sir. May I have another?”.

Some of the municipal/county/state interests have been telling another lie. South Carolina has no first or second degree murder statute—only murder. And there is a death penalty, as pushed for previously by the same interest groups.

Let’s do a ‘power’ chart shall we. At the bottom we have da police whose SOLE duty is to uphold and enforce the various laws which are enacted by the next rung, the duly elected politicians and their appointed bureaucrats. Now it gets interesting for ya see the next rung up this so-called ‘power grid’ is us, the voters, who continually place these power people in positions that allow these actions to occur. But it appears to be OK cuz as long as we’re getting our ‘free sh-t’ we’ll put up with a little abuse, right? Must be true because we have allowed, even begged for more laws for various ‘benefits’ whether those benefits be social or security. What’s now happening is the natural order of things as we slide to that fascist state of being, a state which you support via your ‘fees and taxes’. What’s that saying....We have met the enemy and it be us.

Hold on now, hold on!

I do believe I qualify as a police state boot licker. I have supported everyone since George Zimmerman in these matters (yeah I know George wasn’t a police, but he wanted to be!)

I’m not defending this guy, and there reason is that there is no basis on which to form a defense that I can see. The only thing that matters is truth, and in this case, the truth does not appear to be on his side.

I am a contrarian. The “we” you speak of does not necessarily include “me”.

I thought so also. The fact that he would shoot a bootlicker just as quick as he shot Mr. Scott is lost on them.

Doesn’t matter what/how you categorize yourself, you pay ‘fees and taxes’ you/we/me are supporters or more precisely, enablers of the state. From the street cop to the POS in DC. And as long as they have your ‘support’ they don’t give a tinkers dam what you think as a ‘contrarian’. As for the event in question, I simply want the truth no matter where it leads cuz if the powers that be are willing to possibly bum rush justice to one of their own for political expediency, what more will they do to nobodys such as you or me?
