Even for those who’ve never left Cochise County, B Troop’s shiny new stables on Fort Huachuca offer the quintessential southwestern backdrop. Needless to say, this year’s Sister Cities Commission of the City of Sierra Vista’s German delegation was in awe to be the first to tour them.
It didn’t hurt that where the students came from in Radebeul, Germany’s weather was middling in the 50s.
