Aaron Hernandez found guilty of first-degree murder
FALL RIVER, Mass. — Former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez was found guilty Wednesday of first-degree murder in a deadly late-night shooting, sealing the downfall of an athlete who once had a $40 million contract and a standout career ahead of him. Hernandez, 25, looked to his right and pursed his lips after the jury forewoman read the verdict. The first-degree murder conviction carries a mandatory sentence of life in prison without parole in the slaying of Odin Lloyd, a 27-year-old landscaper and amateur weekend football player who was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancee.

Odin Lloyd sounded like a great guy. His brother boasted that he and all his family have a strong work ethic. It’s refreshing to hear that, always. He rode his bike ten miles to work each day. No gang bangin’. The family’s just devastated. Very sad.
Doesn’t he also have two more murder trials after this? This guy is toast. Gee playing gangsta really is a smart move isn’t it, especially after signing a $40 million contract to play a game. Yeah boooyyeeee, you a real OG now.

Odin talked to a member of a gang other than Hernandez’ Hernandez was a gang enforcer for years. The Patriots knew he was a gangster (he has the tats) and so did UFla. But, hey, he could play ball!
Aaron went from $40 million in the bank to 40 years in the clank. He had the world by the balls but now he is confined by four walls. He was the Patriots tight end but he will become Walpole’s new wide receiver.
Why was he hanging out with such a punk like this though? And what gets me is he suspected something was going to happen to him because he texted his sister, so why did he get in the car? You can tell this Hernandez is a complete sociopath, I knew a guy just like this. Completely over the top ego, constant posing, thinks he’s center of the universe then flying off the handle at the drop of a hat. There’s just some people out there that say “avoid me at all costs” the second you meet them. A lot of them become politicians which is no joke.
He will probably continue to be "one of the top tight ends in the game." It's just that the game in prison is played differently.

They suspect he knew about two other murders Hernandez committed and Hernandez was paranoid Odin would open his mouth about them.
