Sorry but it is wrong no matter the gender of the perpetrator, men always seem to get the maximum punishment, where women for the same crime get a lesser sentence for the same act, child molesters, rapists, and thieves all have one thing in common, they all take what does not belong to them without consent and should be punished for their crime with no regards to their gender, or sexual preference. I have no sympathy nor empathy for those 3 types of criminals. Hang em high and publicly!

because their cases have the ewwww factor and sick factor. Teen guys especially 16-17 bragged to their friends about it. Teen girls probably wallow in their rooms for months crying over it and very upset. That is the difference and I am sure the jury understands that.
