“It always amazes me that people wait until AFTER they leave a company to complain about it.”

With all due respect, in toxic environments people know that if they complain they’re going to likely be harassed or asked to leave. So usually it’s not until they make the decision to leave that they feel able to comment.

Like I said before, these complaints are ignored, and written off as a “dis-gruntled former employee”. I have had it happen to me before.

If I had filed my Compliant with OSHA before getting “layed off”, they would have taken it seriously, as it was, they had no “Duty to investigate” the charges.

EEOC is the same way, if the conditions are that bad, you don't wait until after you leave.
