Unions are “battling for survival” in California and Illinois????? LOL. That’s rich. They respond with histrionics to any little decision that goes against them and takes their oppressive boot off of the necks of workers.
The costs of thuggery, sabotage, and vandalism have gone through the roof in the past few years. What is a poor union to do?

Seeing that unions donate large sums of money to the dimoKKKRAT party and these two states are run by dimoKKKRATS the outcome on any lawsuit is pretty well determined. Follow the money.
If Abood is overruled, unions' only way to obtain dues payments from public employees will be from those who voluntarily join their ranks. Considering how unions have long since destroyed their own reputations, the unions are in big trouble.
