Could understand the Tomato Andy thing assumed it was because a Tomato is actually a fruit and most don't know that. Just went to the urban Dictionary and found this. Looks like he was pissed at the world and a female locked in a guys body.....here comes the bullying narrative and it was everyone else fault not his
