A couple of interesting things. There are clearly adults in the video.

Several people have baseball bats. At least one person has a gun.

So this was NOT a "spontaneous" event. Likely some kind of rumble that was planned.

All of the participants are black.

The caller/ videographer sounds like an adult black male, and he doesn't like what is going on, so he calls the police.
