ObamaCare turns five this year and it's anyone's guess how the government is going to pay for the law.
The federal government requires virtually everyone living in the United States to have some form of health insurance. Starting this year, those who did not have health insurance in 2014 could face a tax penalty, which is supposed to be a funding mechanism for the Affordable Care Act.
Hadley Heath Manning, director of health policy at the Independent Women's Forum, says the tax penalty is intended to help pay for ObamaCare.

As designed from it's inception, the ACA is funded by the working middle-class.
Income redistribution.
Such an odd way to help those who cannot afford healthcare. Fine them.
The 8% rule saved me. No health insurance, no penalty.

What’s that rule? I have been only sort of following the laws.
If the cost of the bronze plan is more than 8% of your wages, you are exempt from the penalty. My wife and I are both over 60. The cost for the bronze plan for us is over $10,000 per year.
You do the math. :-)
A simple question about the ObamaCare fines. Where does the fine come from? I am not talking about the fine; but, the money to pay the fine.
Does it come from your income as reported to the IRS?
Does in come from your tax refund?

The middle class was maxed out long ago, so were their children.
Obamacare is paid for by taking out loans against the future earnings of the middle class’s grandchildren.
I read that the only way they IRS can collect the fines is to withhold it from your tax refund.
As far as I know the only way they can get them is to take it from your tax refund. I didn’t get ObamaCare coverage, they can have that 6 cent refund.
In a few years it falls apart as designed, making complete nationalization politically possible.
