We won! We won! “We” just broke the record for the most snow ever in one winter, 108.6 inches.
And in an amazing coincidence, Al Gore, the pied piper of global warming, is responding to the unprecedented snowfalls and low temperatures. He has issued a fatwa, calling for a PC jihad against the heathens who actually believe what they see, rather than what they are told by fake scientists waving made-up “hockey-stick” graphics.
Gore is quoted in the Chicago Tribune as demanding that the true believers “punish climate-change deniers, saying politicians should pay a price for rejecting ‘accepted science.’”
Why stop with politicians? What about punishing meteorologists, with their phony forecasts about “blizzards” last month? How about the makers of yardsticks and rulers that are used to promote the evil Koch brothers’ calumnies about record snowfalls?
To paraphrase Richard Pryor, when it comes to all this snow, who are you going to believe, Al Gore or your lying eyes? Pay no attention to those ice dams, climate infidels, have you seen “An Inconvenient Truth”?
In his papal bull, Pope Albert ranted on: “We have this denial industry cranked up constantly. In addition to 99 percent of the scientists and all the professional scientific organizations, now Mother Nature is weighing in.”
I thought it was 97 percent of scientists. Now it’s apparently up to 99 percent. But I’m still perplexed by the polar-bear-hugging prophet’s reference to Mother Nature. Is he perhaps referring to the rising temperatures that are otherwise known as spring?
What Al Gore now calls accepted science used to be known as “settled science.” You know, like “settled law.” Settled is the moonbats’ way of saying, we control the language, so shut up or we’re going to punish you.
How ironic that all these warmists want to impose their religion upon all us non-believers, First Amendment be damned. They want the government out of their bedrooms, but under the hood of your car. Your car, you understand, not theirs. Climate McCarthyism is what it is. They have about as much tolerance for dissent as ISIS.
John Kerry can’t believe the hoi polloi are still permitted to drive SUVs. As for the Obamas taking separate jets to LA, no carbon footprints to see here, folks, move along.
Now the warmists are mounting multiple witch-hunts against academic dissenters charged with committing the blasphemy of “research not aligned with the academic mission.” The academic mission is junk science.
Last week, a former researcher at UCLA won a $140,000 lawsuit against the school for firing him after he called BS on some junk science regarding diesel emissions. The researcher’s main accuser was a guy with a Ph.D. from “Thornhill University” that he’d paid $1,000 for. There’s only one thing about global warming that has ever been proved, and that is this: If you believe in nothing, you’ll fall for anything. Even Al Gore.
BTW, I had to pay $900 to have my ice dams cleared. It's the middle of March and I still haven't seen my back yard since November. The cold winds continue to whip tonight within no spring in sight. This is the coldest global warming I've ever been through.
Al Gore, the guy who looks like he’s been hooked up to an air compressor is definitely full of hot air.
