Actor Robert Carradine, who starred in the 1980s Revenge of the Nerds movies, was seriously injured in a head-on car accident last week in Colorado, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
According to the police report, Carradine crossed the dividing line and slammed into a semi truck driving in the opposite direction. Both vehicles were estimated to be traveling at sixty miles per hour.

Amazingly, the car crash just happened today and it’s already mentioned on his Wikipedia page(!). (It’s amazing enough that he even has a Wikipedia page)
The passenger compartment looks like it is intact. I wonder what make and model of car it is.

i'm not surprised... he's been around for a long time... has done a lot of tv and cinema... seems i see him all the time in various types of roles... he even played the dad on Lizzie McGuire (Disney Channel)... recently i saw him play a bad guy...
A lot of the crush which is sustained in accidents “rebounds” after the collision. In other words, as far in as the intrusion is afterwards — the intrusion was even greater during the moment of impact.
Airbags make a huge difference.
