On the other hand, from Ghana’s point of view it’s a brilliant plan. They are a growing economy with a stable government on an otherwise unstable continent. Offering easy entry and job opportunities for educated blacks can do nothing but help their country prosper.
If they wanted to be even more brilliant, they could accept any human on the same terms.
After all, the generally accepted idea is that all humans originated in Africa. Only difference is when our ancestors left.
