Which leads my mind to wonder what the rules are...
Well apparently Hillary broke them for the last time, LOL!
Bret Baier for some odd reason pronounced Ceres with stress on the last syllable last night. I had never heard that pronunciation before. (It’s normally accented on the first syllable, with both E’s long.)
Who knows. Somehow the flakes in the media almost turned harassment into “Harris Ment” a couple decades ago.
I think they do it for jollies.
