San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer, right, said in a statement, “San Francisco is the epicenter of the marriage equality movement, and it is only fitting that its professional sports team would join in this effort.” The San Francisco Giants are going to bat for gay marriage.

I don’t think so.
Just remember this is a front office thing. And there isn’t any front office in all of baseball that wouldn’t love to be the first ones to have a gay guy play for them. They are mortified that NFL and NBA beat them to the punch on that score. It might be far away, or it might be tomorrow. But there are so many individualized contests in MLB that it might be harder for it happen than in some other sports.

Consistent with the immoral left’s obsession with self, there has been no consideration whatsoever regarding how this impacts children. . . and the world has already become dangerous,vile and immoral slime pit in which they have to grow up. Once more the world spews its puke all over its children . . . pathetic.
We are so screwed. When we get to the point that citizens of any stripe think they should direct policy advocacy at the courts rather than the Legislature... our country is doomed.
Court decisions are not a popularity contest! That happens in the Legislature. Courts rules on the facts of the case in front of them and personal biases should have no bearing!

ESPN is a political station anymore. Once they merged with ABC that was it.
ESPN has hated baseball for as long as I can remember. It’s the football and basketball network, they have in-depth daily shows about football in the middle of July.
