I cannot highlight any text from that article in order to past the quote here, but basically it says that favored groups of the Democrats (blacks, Hispanic illegals, homosexuals), will enjoy a "super status" and would not be subject to laws or arrest, regardless of their illegal activities.

This is why I was always against special "civil rights" for groups, affirmative action, quotas, and the like. Either we have Equal Protection under the law, or we don't. For decades, we have NOT had that, and this is the evil result.

President Barack Obama today introduced his plan for a progressive takeover of state and local policing.

“We have a great opportunity… to really transform how we think about community law enforcement relations,” he said Monday.

“We need to seize that opportunity… this is something that I’m going to stay very focused on in the months to come,” Obama said, as he touted a new interim report from his Task Force on 21st Century Policing.

Obama also instructed his media allies to help federalize policing, and to sideline the critics of centralized policing rules. “I expect our friends in the media to really focus on what’s in this report and pay attention to it,” he instructed.

Those best practices likely will eventually include rules that restrict police investigations of groups that are part of the Democratic coalition, and rules that try to lower convictions and penalties among favored sub-groups of the United States, regardless of the actual rates of illegal activity among those groups.

It’s not only about creating protected classes, it’s about creating the scape goats. The Left’s scape goats are the Bible believing Christians, constitutionalists, gun owners, and vets. Analogous to Hitler, we also see the complicity of the major institutional Churches who go along or who succumb to self censorship by big government (Catholic church, Joel Osteen type churches, the liberal churches).

0bama and the Left are still in a coalescent phase of creating these two opposing groups: the master class (blacks, Hispanics, homosexuals) and the subjugate class (Bible believing Christians, constitutionalists, gun owners, vets). Those not falling into either class will be forced to make a choice as to whether they support the fascist government or anti-government forces. The Leftists will also need to further demonize and focus down on their opposition. Of course, they will use media propaganda, educational institutions, the culture, law enforcement (IRS, EPS, BLM, ATF etc) and false flags to accomplish their ends as they always have. However, unlike Hitler’s vilification of the Jews (1% of German population in the 1930s), 0bama and the Left’s target group of today still represent a much larger target group in size. Moreover, the Left’s current target group has historically been portrayed as favorable and mainstream right up to about 10-20 years ago. By contrast, the Jews have been vilified for centuries.

In considering 0bama’s protected and favored classes, these groups have not historically been considered as ideal or model citizens, and all the brainwashing and propaganda do not appear to be sufficient to transform their image in a short time. On the other hand, Hitler had a relatively easy time of transforming Germans into Nazis because the German race was already popularly considered superior thanks to Wagner in music, Bismarck in politics, and Herman the German in war among others. 0bama must import and transpose an entirely foreign legend of superiority, not an easy task.

This imposition of a completely foreign political system, way of thinking, and way of life by a leader that is perceived by nearly 1/2 of the country to possess foreign attitudes will likely result in a civil war rather than the relatively seamless creation of a totalitarian fascist state as we saw with Nazi Germany.

In the final analysis, I believe that 0bama and the Left are using a Maoist strategy with Nazi tactics. A Maoist strategy means disappearing and murdering millions of dissident and useless citizens. The Nazi tactics are high tech and emphasize the police state, media control, surveillance, crony corporatism, high rates of imprisonment, slow kill (vaccines, GMO food)

For those of us that support liberty, we must put more emphasis on gathering the remnant. We need to form our own underground societies, in home bible study groups, pepper groups, ways of communication between groups and counter-infiltration.
