Congress should introduce a bill called the Scientific Disclosure Act. The bill will be no more than one page and it will state that on every cover page of a document, the funding source will be listed, the amount of money for the study, the amount of money given to the researcher and by whom.
If it is a UN study, the funding source needs to be broken out to reflect where the money was taken from in the UN budget.
