We’d better order our targets to keep our enemies in front of us. We don’t want to leave our backs exposed.
“Turn the other cheek” never meant allow yourself to be conquered by an enemy. It was used in the context of kindness to those in your own community, not to enemies bent on your destruction.
Obama, most Democrats and the assembly of communists and socialists Obama belongs to are not, and never have been in our community. They only seek to destroy it.
“Turn the other cheek” only applies to personal insults from personal enemies.
It in no way, shape, or form applies to nation-states or their citizenry and their responses to foreign enemies.
Our nation is lead by a Muslim or at minimum a Muslim sympathizer. When he crosses Israel, we will pay for his evil deeds.

I believe the command from Jesus has to do with humility, not retaliating for an insult, but not at all about allowing yourself to be beat to death. As I turn the other cheek, it will be defying the attacker to strike me again, which I would at least attempt to dodge just prior to unleashing a solid thumping. That is, of course, unless someone can show me that I am mistaken about Jesus’ intention.

I share your emotion, but it is not for us to try to do Yehova’s work.
He has a plan and specific times for his events; study them and understand.

First get on our knees and apologize for our pervasive immorality, our apostasy and our contracepting and aborting. Then promise to do so no more.
Not Biblically accurate, but still a good speech:
“The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know My name is the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon thee.”
Let's not forget that He has already spoken on the matter and we will not prevail in our endeavors to wipe out the sinners we deem to be worse sinners than ourselves.
The world will continue to sink into a cesspool and there is nothing we can do to stop it. To think otherwise is to laugh in God's face.
We can strive to get less evil folks in charge of us for some period of time, but we cannot really stop the decline into the morass. All we can do is tend to our own souls and carry the Good News to others who are willing to hear it.
I will spend money and support the most conservative folks I can in the primaries, then vote for the lesser evils as my only real chance to oppose pure evil. I will also lean on Him that I not go nuts, but maintain the ability to carry His Word as I watch what the Evil One wreaks across the planet.
