Even the Marxist in the white house knows he doesn’t have a leg to stand on with this one. Hopefully the SC will take it’s normal 2 years to even take up the case and this will all be settled by the next president. We just need to be sure that next president isn’t Clinton or Bush.
Maybe you should read post 10 to get the real meaning of this ruling. The Ruling gives cover to the GOPe to pass the funding bill in toto, then the President will just ignore the stay and proceed as if nothing happened.
