Formerly the "Quinn and Rose Moning Show" thread, our friendly group continues to meet to start the day. So if you are preparing to go to work, are getting home from work - or happily retired - stop in and say mornin' and share the latest news, discuss the weather, share a recipe, or whatever!
Quinn's twitter page has a one word comment: "SOON!"
Oh good I can breath soon!!
Good morning!

He said it would be sometime in March! Can’t wait! We’ll be having fish on Friday - or pierogies, or mac & cheese, or haluski.....yum!
Oh haluski sounds terrific!
Mrs p6 and I just might have that over the next couple of days.
Good morning n’@!
How is Mrs. P6?
Did any of yinz see the “fireball” meteor over yesterday morning? It was supposed to be around 4:45am (give or take). It burned up somewhere over New Ken/Arnold areas (so there could be meteor chunks). How cold would it be find a meteor?
Ooh, yes, pierogies!
Wow! 500 pound meteor makes a fireball over Beaver Falls, breaks apart and is thought to have hit the ground east of Kittanning!
Caught on camera. KD is running the video.
Meanwhile.

DEMOCRAT!
Thanks for asking. She seems OK. We’re waiting for a call from the docs today.
Did the craziness out your way go away?
SIL and family live east of Kittanning! Probably too far from where pieces may have landed though
DEMOCRAT!! Figgers! I’m surprised party affiliation was mentioned!
Got 6 boxes for $10.00 Mrs. T’s from Giant Eagle. Wish I had time to make my own!
I need to see if the local Russian Orthodox church still makes them :D
There is an Orthodox church couple of miles away in Carnegie where the nuns make pierogies only during Lent. They are amazing. The rest of the year there is Pierogies Plus in McKees Rocks. Sneakers might remember them, they have been under several names though.
They also make wonderful pierogies and have been on national TV many times. It is a Pittsburgh tradition.
Check out the video!
We go there several times a year but $4.10 for 6 pierogies is a little pricey for us. That said they SMOKE Mrs T’s and any others.
