error schmerrror....I'm with you. The 'news' does not go out LIVE. Nothing on TV goes out 'live'. There is a time delay required by the FCC. There is a 'producer' in the studio who directs all the cuts, prompts the newscasters on what to say or 'stress', and is surrounded by screens showing each and every 'input' into the broadcast segment.
