If black men didn’t commit so many crimes, far out of proportion to their numbers, the police wouldn’t be suspicious.

Does that mean the black men will change too? Of course not but now the officers be viewed as weak and the fun will begin. They could be much more effective if the parents would hold their children accountable and enforce discipline; in other words just do their jobs.
