State would lose their cut I guess. Other than growing, pot is about legal here in CA under an ounce. They don’t even write you up. Personally, I don’t like being around people on booze or dope. I drink about $20 worth of booze a year, don’t abuse drugs or smoke.
It's the age old debate that economics challenged liberals don't get. If they would cut the pot tax so people aren't resorting to the black market so much, they would actually bring in more revenue.
