McD's has a program called 365Black. It seeks out black people as customers at the expense of others. So on paper yes, yay for black people.

Problem is, when I go into a place and I am the only white person, and other customers are giving me the "I Will Kick You To Death" stink eye and the employees are just a tiny bit less hostile, I am obligated to ask: Is it a surprise that somebody spit in my burger?

It's sad that I must point out to my wife all the different places that are not safe for her to go alone nowadays due to racial hostility. McD's is one of those places.
