It would be interesting in some Muslim countries and other places with low marriage ages. If a married couple makes a porn movie of themselves, and the wife is under-age, does it still count as child pornography?
If the reason is the wife is too young to consent to video release, what if the video is held until she's over 18, and she then consents to distribution?
