I guess overinflated players aren't as big a scandal as an under inflated ball.

Well apparently they are since suspensions were given.

Nice try with moral equivalence though.

Patriots are cheaters regardless of what anyone else does. Have been for years.

I think the explanation is most of the players in the NFL couldn't make 20% of their NFL salary in any other job. So the pressure to perform is tremendous. Other than the core of superstars, teams are always looking to replace their current players.

This book is very informative because it's written by a guy who was a "marginal" player for many years in the league bouncing from team to team.

If this were the New England Patriots, you would have fanatical crazy people denying it

Obvious.

The lEast Coast biased sports media, with an old, old story, trying to protect their “home town” team by diverting the topic.

Go ‘Hawks !

So, if both teams cheat, the only thing to do is to have the Super Bowl be played between Green Bay and Indianapolis.

It's for the children. We have to show them that cheating doesn't pay. Otherwise they might try to cheat on tests in school, or turn in a term paper they copied off the internet.

Maybe Dr. Ting followed Pete the Cheat from USC to Seattle. UCLA fans will know what I speak of.

I wonder what the Seahawks take during the halftime break.

It seems like they often flounder around until the second half.

Then they out play the other teams with offense and defense that didn’t seem to be there in the first half.

Seahawks biggest cheaters going. If it wasnt for crooked officiating letting them pass interfere they wouldnt have won it last year. They pass interfered every pass play by design and theleague let them get away with it.

Um, any bother to look at the Date Stamp on the story in the link. This is 2 years old ... and how many times in the last two years have Seahawks gotten in trouble for PED’s ... oh yeah ... zero. In fact, the last Seahawks player that got in trouble ... Brandon Browner, was benched then released by the Seahawks, and now plays for New England.

How many of those players still play for the Seahawks? 0...... How many were suspended for steroids or HGH? Again 0. Linking one player that went to USC with Carroll as coach, is a great reach. What next? Link a player on a team that USC played while Pete was coaching? NE was caught cheating by taping opposing teams walkthroughs. They were caught again 2 weeks ago breaking the rules by swapping eligible and ineligible players during a hurry up offense and won the game because of it. They deflated balls during the Colts game for some reason or another. The organization is cheating, not players, not coaches. The entire organization is suspect, and in my eyes guilty.

this is 100% as relevant as the mysteriously deflated balls.. Both teams should be banned, disbanded, coaches should be hung and everyone executed.. or not, because it’s a meaningless sporting event.
