Claiming there is no “constitutional right” to smoke, the New Orleans City Council unanimously voted to outlaw smoking and electronic cigarettes in indoor and outdoor public places.

Somewhere along the lines our overlords decided that the constitution defined OUR rights and if something wasn't listed in there, too bad for us. They fundamentally misread it (intentionally or through stupidity) to justify a supreme state with the people relegated to serfs.

And as a result, breathing water vapor outside is now illegal NOLA.

“...and electronic cigarettes in indoor and outdoor public places.”

We won’t be going to New Orleans - it’s now off our “official” personal list. We go to Bossier City, LA, to the casinos there - just went there last week and spent the night. If they make that ruling there, they will also be off our list.
