House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Thursday dodged a question from a reporter about whether a fetus is a human life.
“If it’s not a human being, what do you believe is it?” a reporter asked Pelosi as thousands of people rallied outside for the March for Life demonstration. Pelosi answered by saying it’s up to women to decide if they want an abortion or not, but didn’t answer the question directly.
“The fact is, it’s what we have said,” Pelosi said. “The life and the health of the mother is what is pre-eminent when a decision is made about a woman’s reproductive health.”
“It isn’t an ideological fight, it’s a personal health issue,” she added.
While Pelosi didn’t answer the question directly, she did claim superior knowledge about the issue as a mother of five children.
“As a mother of five, in six years, I have great standing on this issue, a great understanding of it, more than my colleagues,” she said.

Death Camp Pelosi is an agnostic Catholic (I’m not RC BTW). It’s interestingly ironic that the closer God Haters get to facing Him, the more prideful and arrogant they get as they age and the day of reckoning approaches. Note Teddy Kennedy and Joe Stalin were defiant to the end, the later actually shaking his fist at God as he began to face the grim reaper.

In America, all our constitutional protections rest on the Founders' premise that all human beings are "endowed by their Creator" with rights to both life and the liberty to "pursue happiness." That is the sole reason those rights are deemed unalienable--because they are derived, not from another human being, not from a government, not even from the mother, but from God.

Since the 1970's, technological advances have enabled us to observe God's tiniest creations in the womb. We no longer have an excuse for imagining that these are blobs of tissue labeled "fetuses." They are living babies who will have life and liberty if we do not "destroy" them.
At the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington DC on February 3, 1994, Mother Teresa stated: “And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another?"
Indeed, if we cannot protect the life and liberty of these smallest versions of ourselves, even with their so-called "imperfections," then Mother Teresa's words take on significant meaning.
Is it a human life? Well, it’s not a bird. Nor a chipmunk. What is wrong with people? Everybody has gone stone-cold ignorant?
She had 5 children in 6 years. So. When she spouts this someone should ask her, as a mother, when she considered her children to be human beings with souls.
Mother Teresa was a wise woman. Wisdom from on high.

That means that nearly 55 million fetuses were butchered to save the lives of about 1.6 million women since 1973. Or put another way; 34 babies are killed to save each woman.
“...as a mother of 5 chiildren in 6 year” this gives her “great standing” to speak on the issue of Abortion?
My follow up is: “Ms. Pelosi which of your 5 children would you have prefered to have aborted for the convenience of it all?” Watch her backpedal on that one, the Twit.
when she throws the word “fetus” around someone should explain to her that fetus means “baby” in latin. there’s no getting around it.

Nice answer the only problem is it didn’t address the question that was asked. Do they teach a class in Politics 101 on how to not answer a question? If so Pelosi must have aced it.
