If you ever see it out there, check it out. The British writer are a husband/wife team. The Hollywood people all claim to love their British show (but it later turns out to all be blowing smoke) which was about a learned headmaster of a private school.
“Joey” from Friends was not their choice for this learned headmaster. It all morphs into them doing a show about a hockey coach, called “Pucks!”
All quite horrifying. Now they are facing the dilemma of staying in Hollywood and doing another show, or fleeing for their sanity.
Sounds funny, thanks. Have you been watching “Blackish” on ABC? I thought it was going to be a bash whitey show, but instead it is perfect - the wife is a medical doctor, the husband is an advertising exec - the kids are funny and nice and don’t really see any issues with being black in America, which drives the dad crazy. He keeps trying to push an agenda only to have it backfire when he realizes there really isn’t this huge problem with race.
