Re the Heisman trophy winner/Super Bowl Winners, wonder if the low number of Heisman winneers winning superbowls might have more to do with the fact that they tend to get picked early by the lower level teams that need help from more than one person.

I have no idea if this is the case, but it would be neat to look at this.

1. Plunket was a bust with both New England and San Francisco - Only two time Super Bowl winner not in the hall of Fame.
2. Dallas got Dorset with the trade with Seattle.
3. Staubach was a 10th round pick (129).
4. Allen was the 10th pick in the draft.
5. Desmond Howard was picked by the Redskins then ended up in Jacksonville with the expansion draft.
6. Garret was the 18th pick in the draft.
7. George Rogers was picked by the Saints ended up in Washington.
8. Woodson was picked by the Raiders, went to Green Bay, back to Oakland.
9. Hornung was a Lottery bonus pick for the Packers.
