Two missing Kentucky residents have ditched one stolen vehicle in Georgia and might have switched to another, Grayson County, Ky., Sheriff Norman Chaffins said Thursday.
Cheyenne Phillips, 13, and Dalton Hayes, 18, have been missing from Grayson County since early this month. And Chaffins says he's getting increasingly concerned because they could be headed into serious trouble.
"I don't think they know where they are going, to be honest with you," he said Thursday. "I think they're just driving, and it's getting increasingly dangerous for them."
Chaffins said the teens ditched a stolen red Toyota pickup they had been driving in Henry County, Ga., south of Atlanta. He said they now might be driving another truck that disappeared in that area about the time the Toyota was left. The second truck, a silver 2001 Toyota Tundra, had two handguns in the back: a .45-caliber and a .38 Special. It has a Georgia license plate number of CR116I
The red Toyota also had a gun on board when it was stolen, police have said.

“By the time her son realized she was a mere 13, ‘he was already done in love with her,’ [his Mom] said.”
Oh, my gosh! That’s SO ROMANTIC. I hope they become America’s Sweethearts. *SMIRK*
And where is this fine, upstanding young man’s FATHER? No mention of him - or else I missed it...
Love on the run only works in the movies.
I would check out the Tastee Freeze.
This photo says it was taken either in 2013/14, when she'd have been 11 or 12. That can't be right. She looks a lot closer to 16.
In another article, the girl’s parents said she was a pathalogical liar and likely told the boy she was much older than she really is.
Headed? I think they arrived there quite a while ago.
Didn't work out so well for the characters played by Sissy Spacek and Martin Sheen.
I remember J. Edgar Hoover called Frank Hamer the greatest lawman ever. Skeeter Skelton thought highly of Jeff Davis Milton.
Stealing trucks can get you shot in Georgia. Sheriff’s right - they’d best turn themselves in.
Well there was that. LOL!
call Raylin.....
These dudes were way badder than Raylan...
I don’t think he has the ability, and it isn’t 1958 anymore.
Joe Bulletcatcher is more like it.
No, it sure isn't.
I saw the mother of one of the teens on the news. She looked like she might have a meth problem herself.
They are going to end up dead or in prison for a very long time. Probably the former. Hope they don’t kill anyone on the way...
