Being forced to do something is slavery, not freedom of speech.
The argument that these women choose to wear a burka is a straw man. It does not detract from the issue that they are being forced by their barbarian death cult overlords to do it or face sincere penalties.
So rather than banning the garment, perhaps legislation can make it a felony to force (physically or under threat of harm) someone else to wear a particular garment or uniform, unless required by military service or is standard garb for inmates.
Would something like that work? Not sure I’d be okay with a law like that, but it gets around the actual ban of the burka and addresses the underlying problem instead. Just an idea for discussion.
