Yes, I recall McCain’s taunting, asinine tweets to Russia about the “Arab Spring.” If anyone was wrong about the “Arab Spring” it was McCain.

Regardless of what you feel about Putin, I can’t help but think that US Government understanding of Russia is not driven by reality, but by our own biases and false narratives of our media and political class.

If we were the ones rushing to banks and seeing our assets plummet before our eyes, we would respond with hatred, too. What do we expect?

Russians don’t decide who they are, their strongman leaders do.

If their leader murders them by the 10s of millions, they go with the flow, if he uses them to die by the 10s of millions as cannon fodder, then they go with the flow.

As long as we can protect ourselves and Europe from their insanity, and violence, then we will be OK.

The term ‘psaking’ in Russian political newspeak means to know nothing about the subject while saying something banal and politically correct.

Sounds like the Ruskies have perfectly described our enemedia.

It’s creepy just how natural the Russian’s relationship with Obama seems, almost as though he were some Prodigal Son or temporarily delinquent Mascot who is just acting out. It’s amusing how obsessed they seem with Jan Psaki. They have jokingly invented a unit of measure for intelligence; The Psaki. If you have 3 Psakis you then have the brain of a Clam. Maybe it’s her Polish heritage the cannot resist picking on.

Typical of leader like Putin - they cause the problems and then blame others for it.
