Also look at bathymetric charts that show river canyons leading well out on continental slopes.
Now that’s just plain weird. It’s almost like ol’ gaia pretty much does whatever she feels like and thinks “Go ahead asshats. I’ve been here a lot longer than you and I’ll be around long after you’re gone.” She’ll shake us off like a herd of dead fleas.
