A peaceful protest is held outside private property. That mall is a private entity. If the protesters want to protest where they won’t block entrances and inhibit business, that’s a peaceful protest.
To go inside, gather by the thousands, dominate the mall and cause shoppers to go elsewhere, it is not a peaceful protest.
Use the same yardstick the Left does.
When we protest abortion facilities, we are demanded to stay away from the entrance, can never go inside, and if we prevent normal business, that’s considered actionable offense by the police.
