Actually, UFO existence is already a fact. The military was very concerned over them (extra-terrestrial origins) all the way back in 1947. If you read, I would offer ten governemtn documents that show this quite profoundly, obtained via FOIA requests during the Carter years, before Reagan made FOIA requests something very difficult.
