Interesting how all the medical supplies were destroyed in a fire...am I being a conspiracy theorist in surmising the building was set afire on purpose?
That's quite a while and he might have tested positive days before that.
I believe it was not uncommon for Spanish flu victims to get sick (show first symptoms) and die the same day.
