I think they are all in my back yard. We’re filling our feeders three times a day and they still want more.
We’re also having a big mouse problem.....never have had that before. I keep a clean home, but the little devils are still getting in somewhere. We catch one a day in the trap I keep in the cereal shelf. It is so frustrating! Any suggestions?
There are way more birds this year.
It’s fun when there’s a crapload of them (literally) on the wire, go out and clap really loudly and watch them all woosh away! May be more birds than last year.
Your bird feeder might be attracting more than just birds.
We hired a pest control company that came out and found all the small places they were coming in and they patched them. At them same time they were setting traps inside and out. After about a year they stopped catching any thing in their traps. We didn’t, have mice we had rats
A board angled up a metal trash can with dog food in the bottom will collect quite a few as well.
You are offering a food source 3x a day! Plus a warm house.
Either stop feeding the bird sooooo much, really...they’ll be fine or turn the heat off in the house.
