'I regret to say I am a terrorist': Wife of cafe gunman praised Bali bombings and 9/11 in online rant as row rages about why the accused murderer is free on bail •Amirah Droudis, 35, posted series of videos in 2009 •In the videos, she described herself as a terrorist and expressed happiness at the 9/11 attack and Bali bombings •The videos linked to a website of siege gunman Man Haron Monis •Droudis charged with murdering Monis' first wife, and Monis was charged with being an acessory •Outrage has spread that both Droudis and Monis were released on bail •Police raided their home in Belmore, in south-west Sydney, on Tuesday

The wife of the Sydney terror siege gunman posted a series of hate-filled videos in which she described herself as a terrorist and expressed happiness at the 9/11 and 2002 Bali terror attacks and the Holocaust.

Amirah Droudis, 35, appeared in public Tuesday just hours after her partner Man Haron Monis was shot dead by police to end a 17-hour siege in which he held a score of hostages at a central Sydney cafe. Two of the captives also died.

Droudis reported to Campsie Police Station in southwestern Sydney, as required under conditions of her bail for the alleged murder of Monis' ex-wife, Noleen Hayson Pal, who was stabbed multiple times and set alight in April 2013. Monis was also charged in connection to the murder.

The coward coyote is always on the look out for an easy victim. Liberals love arab coyotes empowering themselves on easy targets of opportunity, abortion being one type that gives them feelings of superiority and adequacy.

These two were charged with murder yet are out walking the streets? I also read earlier that Monis had been charged with 200 (200!) cases of sexual assault?! And still was walking around free.

Don’t know about 200 cases. According to Wiki, he was arrested in March on a charge of sexual assault.

Seems that Australia needs to revisit concealed carry and allow their citizens the right to own handguns and other weapons...from my understanding - they are like the UK where one can own a shotgun while belonging to a gun/sport’s club and can only have it there...

Re-think the numeric comma...

The Australian government needs strictly enforced bail and deportation laws. Once and immigrant charged with an offence...no bail. Once convicted... a one way ticket back to the country of origin.

Simple laws. Simple to enforce.

But liberal/leftists kangaroos in Australia will just heep us all hopping.

Glad you included the word “reportedly” as I no doubt there are millions more.

What a hard time the media has to report on the Sydney Islam terror. Oh, the guy was a “gunman.” The guy was a ‘lone wolf.’ The guy was “mentally troubled” or even crazy. The guy had a criminal past. Hardly ever mentioning the Islam connection. The common denomiator here with 99% of past terror events is that he was an Islamist true believer who took his dictates from the Quran and Allah. Same for his ‘crazed’ wife. Will someone please explain the difference between an Islamist true believer and a crazy man? Crazy men are not disfunctional, they only behave outside the norm of human behavior.

In January this year, a 27-year-old woman complained to police that she had been sexually assaulted by Monis, after attending “spiritual healing sessions” in response to an advertisement placed in newspapers aimed at the Fijian-Indian, Macedonian, Spanish and Chinese communities.

That complaint triggered a police investigation, which saw Monis charged on April 14 with three sexual assault charges against one woman. The charges were sexual intercourse without consent and two charges of assault with act of indecency.

The woman was visiting him at a property in Station Street, Wentworthville, in August 2002. He appeared before Magistrate Christine Haskett at Kogarah Local Court. He was refused bail.

On May 26, he was granted bail at Parramatta Local Court by Magistrate Joan Baptie. The conditions placed on him in December 2013 were reinstated although he was to live at an address in Wiley Park.

On October 10, he was charged with a further 40 sexual assault charges against six women. This included 22 counts of aggravated sexual assault, 14 counts of aggravated indecent assault, one count of aggravated act of indecency, one count of sexual assault and two counts of assault with act of indecency. The women were visiting him at Wentworthville where he was offering services as a “spiritual healer”. His bail was continued by Magistrate Dorelle Pinch.

He was due to appear in Penrith Local Court on Friday, December 12, but this was vacated and changed to February 27, 2015.

Simple laws. Simple to enforce.

Not so simple when you take into account he already claimed if he was returned to Iran he would be executed. Thanks to the UN we aren't able to return criminals to their country of origin if their lives are in danger.

Yes, UN treaties can have the effect of trumping national law.

But if it means public safety vs. observing a treaty, better to send them back, After all he promised to abide by the laws of Australia when he entered as an immigrant, anyone who breaks that promise and is convicted should be shown the door. Send them back.Even if they claim political persecution as a basis for admission to Australia, they failed or refused to keep their end of the admission bargain, and to boot work to recreate an Islamic State in Australia.

Hasta La Vista , baby!

He questioned how the gunman - killed in a hail of gunfire on Tuesday morning - managed to get permanent residency in Australia.

It was also vital the review looked into how Monis, who was known to security agencies, was on bail, was on welfare and had a gun licence despite such a long history of violence.

Mr Abbott confirmed that the hostage taker did demand to speak to him on Monday during the siege.

The prime minister was prepared to do whatever the police thought best in the circumstances.

“The advice from police was to have no contact with him,” Mr Abbott said

Thats the point. Lefty administrators have compassion for the unfortunate, but it is idiot compassion. Feel good due process while Australians are subsequently injured and die. Thise responsible for allowing his bail, giving him a gun licence, all should be pilloried in public. Make those individuals responsible...IN PUBLIC.

Enough dodging around. Show the faces of these idiots to the public.
