It’s a bit unfortunate these days that so many kids are pressured to “commit” to one sport year around by age 10-12.
My daughter is married to a PGA golf pro who grew up in that situation and his position toward their kids is just the opposite - have them do everything. He has wisdom.
My 11 year old does Karate and Soft Ball. I’m too tired for anything other than that.
