A lawsuit against a former Ohio abortionist could reveal violations of the state abortion clinic law, so he set up shop in Michigan while the suit moves forward.
A West Virginia woman traveled to Cleveland, Ohio, to a clinic owned by Martin Ruddock for a second trimester abortion which didn’t turn out the way she expected.
Cheryl Sullenger of Operation Rescue says that the woman later filed suit for a number of reasons.
“The patient had undergone part of the abortion — he had actually started it,” Sullenger explained. “She found it too painful and frightening.”
The terrified woman then found herself in a dilemma in which she had little control.
“She had asked him to stop, but he actually told her that if he stopped, her baby would be born mentally retarded and that she couldn't change her mind after the abortion procedure started, along with a bunch of other things that were really untrue.”
The next day she didn't show up for phase two, but visited another doctor who told her the truth and that the baby appeared to be alright. She later gave birth to a healthy boy.

It appears that the doctor was hungry for cash and blood...so to speak.
Perhaps his license should be ...ah... Reviewed??

the so called doctor who fled Ohio might want to take note.
Its a shame that Ohio didnt have such a law as well.
NOW is MIA on the culture of botched “safe/legal/rare” abortions in this country.

sadly there dont seem to be a lot of good photos of the schmuck.
it would be such a shame if his image started showing up on paper posters....on the streets in his locale
