Just workplace violence—now, move along.
Because white people are the root of all evil.
But when justice is not applied equally to all cases, then this ends up being the result.
Just like the Eric Garner case, the blame should be on the Justice System for allowing criminals to roam the streets unimpeded.

Hate crimes are aimed at whites.
