Following his on-duty shooting of robbery suspect Michael Brown in August, Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson was targeted by protesters who automatically assumed the white officer was motivated by racism instead of a legitimate threat on his life. When a grand jury privy to the details of this incident determined the veteran officer should not be charged in the shooting, threats against his life only increased as rioters looted and destroyed businesses in the St. Louis suburb.
Amid the civil unrest, New York Times reporter Julie Bosman stoked tensions by releasing the name of the street on which Wilson lived with his pregnant wife. Similar information was subsequently published by Bloomberg.

I assume “lady” was meant in a generic way
Some things just make me feel nice all over. This is one of those things.
I understand she had lots and lots of food delivered to her house.
She should have had her pretty photo and address along with instructions how to get there publicized.
She did a grave injustice to Wilson and expects fellow cops to rush to help her out? Another liberal who failed to foresee bad consequences of their misguided actions. In her mind, she could do no wrong.
There are probably police that take a dim view of protecting her considering she put the lives of a policeman's family in jeopardy.
I have no sympathy since she has put lives in danger and seemingly advocated harm to a person's family.
In this case, turn-about is fair play.
Wow, couldn’t read the article for the clickfest of flashing ads everywhere. Got to clean my computer after that.

Of course, her editors are at least as responsible as she is.
Darren Wilson USED to live about 1/4 mile from my office. He has not been there since just before his name was made public. This community does not deserve a target painted on it over an empty house. They are livid. And they should be. His former neighbors, families with children have to live with the fact that they could be at risk because of this...It has crossed the local business owner's minds that we could also be at risk. For what?

in response to their involvement, Bosman and her colleague, Campbell Robertson, had their addresses published online.
Bosman has since complained that her safety is now threatened
gee, that's too bad...
i could suggest an Illinois concealed carry permit, but that requires "no objections by law enforcement"
so likely out of luck there too
I hope that Darren Wilson sues her and the NY Slimes for loss of security.
The smug is strong in that one!
I heard the local 9-1-1 office has her on the Do Not Answer list.
Stupid tw@ needs to get mugged by some Chicag-hole urbanites chanting about no justice, no peace or one of the myriad forms of ‘get whitey’. Is the knockout game still being played? Just curious.
“There are probably police that take a dim view of protecting her considering she put the lives of a policeman’s family in jeopardy”. But they will, thats what they do.
