Bears legend and NFL Hall of Fame coach Mike Ditka weighed in on the Rams players who took to the field with the “Hands up, don’t shoot!” gesture as a Ferguson protest before Sunday’s game, and he isn’t a fan.
“Da Coach” said it was “a shame” how events have unfolded since a grand jury in Ferguson, Missouri, decided not to indict Police Officer Darren Wilson for the Aug. 9 killing of Michael Brown.
“I understand what the Rams’ take on this was. I’m embarrassed for the players more than anything. They want to take a political stand on this? Well, there are a lot of other things that have happened in our society that people have not stood up and disagreed about,” Mr. Ditka told the Sun-Times Wednesday.

Well Mike it works for the liberal communist, fascist, marxist democrats so it will be around for quite awhile.
Ditka’s refusal to enter politics is a large part of the reason obama is now president...I believe the way the story goes was he was pushed to enter the senate race and would’ve been a shoe-in...he didn’t an obama won...
Seeing black people all walking around with their “hands up” is a form of stereotyping and racial profiling. But hey! Whatever blows their skirt up.
But, Mike, the NFL is the biggest propaganda tool in the country now.

It sure would have made things interesting if he had run.
I wouldn’t say shoe in, but it was sure disappointing when he turned it down.
For a brief moment it looked like he might run.
I have to wonder what the 0bama handlers did or said to him.
The machine behind him wasn’t going to be denied.
That much is clear.
This is 5 dumb ars black fools that call themselves intelligent. The Rams should have suspended and fined them. I’m done with the Rams. How did the leader in the ramp allow them access to the field when the team usually waits for the move by the field controllers? This was planed in advance and pisses me off.
Every time I see Ditka on TV I say “it’s your fault!” It’s harsh and unfair, I know
If they raise their hands to far up in the air, the rest of their pants will fall off and then they can’t run...lol

Didn’t the GOP of IL try to recruit Ditka to run for the Senate against then State Senator Barak Obama? Ditka declined...
I would wager that had Mike Ditka accepted that challenge, we wouldn’t be hearing “hands up, don’t shoot” today....
