Surprised at this, I was @ Target Thursday night and everybody was sprinting right past the cheap tv deals.
Electronics dept guy told me it was all about the high end iPads (which came with a big $$ gift card).
I went to Target today to re supply some E.L.F. Makeup and there was absolutely no one there.
