Actually, this probably does put a tremendous amount of pressure on the global warming scam-ists. They have to get something on the books ASAP. That way, when mother nature sends the mercury southward they can claim it was all due to their brilliant foresight and the actions they were able to finally get us to take...and oh by the way, send more money and power and control...

Exactly. It'll put the pressure on to invent more "findings" and even more hysterically squeal about carbon footprints and the need to bring the U.S. economy to a halt.
Get the AGW CO2 reductions and carbon tax/credits in now and take credit for saving the earth 10 years from now, in time for new grants to warm up the planet which has gone from having a fever to having a cold.
They are already taking credit for the 18 year lull in temperature increase.
